I love this book. eventhough Enid Blyton is not the author of this book, I still like it. The author is Rob Jones. I borrowed this book from my school library. Its a history book, and i love history.

His father ran a weaving business and expected Columbus to join him. But his son had other ideas. He meant to travel the world. When he was 14, he joined a merchant ship that carried goods to sell in ports all over Mediterranean. Columbus wanted to learn all he could about sea. When he wasn't scrambling up ropes or scrubbing decks, he was teaching himself to read and looking at great charts of the ocean. He experimented with using a compass and learned to plot the ship's position.

Living near the the busy port of Genoa, in Italy, he loved watching ships arrive from far away places, packed with precious silks and spices.He would gaze at the busy, shouting merchants, the sailors and sea captains with a determined look on his face. One day, he'd be among them.

on friday i went 2 penang. i went 2 penang with my family. it was fun. my brother's friend was getting married. we stayed at holiday inn hotel. we slept in a twin room. daddy, mummy, k. tina n teh slept in room 417. me, angah n k. hami slept in room 419. we played at the beach n we also swam at the swimming pool. we went shopping. i bought a dress n a shirt. it is beautiful. the dress was green and white in colour. while the shirt was white and purple in colour. if u want 2 c the pictures of us in penang, check it on fb.

cant wait 4 july!

i miss khaleef soooooo much. i just cant wait 4 july. i think u all know that just by looking at the title. i know what im going 2 do with khaleef and kahfi. 1st: the time when they reach home: scream, like this, khaleeeeeeeeeeeeeef. 2nd: after a while: hug him until he cannot breathe. 3rd: show him my new pet kitten, si tunggal. 4th: lyn kahfi plk. 5th: play with them. 6th: 6:30, we'll take our bath 2gether. ( only me n khaleef). 7th: i pray. ( this counts khaleef 2). 8th: use the internet n play up210. and here, im going to sing songs that we both know..sing the songs out loud..jumping like crazy..and dont bother about adults boring topics. hehe.. 9th: watch cartoons. 10th: sleeping time!
